Trimming expenses while I search (Birmingham)

We are a household of 5 and need to cut costs quickly. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1000 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
