Trimming expenses while I search after 8 years as an event coordinator

I have 4 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an event coordinator. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
