Trimming expenses while I search after 4 years as a software tester

We are a household of 4 and need to cut costs quickly. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. I am nervous about the credit card minimums.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $800 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
