Trimming expenses while I search after 16 years as an IT help-desk technician

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $300 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
