Trimming expenses while I search after 10 years as a home health aide

I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a home health aide. Any experience at all would help. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $250 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
