Trimming expenses while I search, accountant here

We are a household of 14 and need to cut costs quickly. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1100 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
