Trimming expenses while I search - 7 months and counting

We are a household of 17 and need to cut costs quickly. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $100 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
