Trimming expenses while I search - 6 months and counting

I have 6 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a copywriter. Any experience at all would help. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
