Trimming expenses while I search

We are a household of 17 and need to cut costs quickly. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1050 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
