Trimming expenses while I search - 5 weeks in

I have 4 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a sales associate. I am in Knoxville, in case local advice matters. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $400 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
