Trimming expenses while I search - 3 months and counting

We are a household of 3 and need to cut costs quickly. It has been a long 5 weeks. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1050 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
