Trimming expenses while I search - 16 weeks in

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $150 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
