Trimming expenses while I search - 11 months and counting

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a medical assistant. Any experience at all would help. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
