Telling my partner I lost my job, call-centre agent here

My spouse does not know yet that I was let go as a call-centre agent. Thank you in advance. I feel ashamed even though the company cut a whole team.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
