My spouse does not know yet that I was let go as a hotel front-desk agent. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I want a plan before I speak. Did it get easier afterwards?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
