Telling my partner I lost my job after 3 years as a delivery driver

My spouse does not know yet that I was let go as a delivery driver. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I feel ashamed even though the company cut a whole team.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
