Should I negotiate my severance? - what worked for you?

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as a delivery driver, and I have a few days to sign. I worked as a delivery driver before this. I do not want to leave money on the table. Should I see a lawyer?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
