Should I negotiate my severance? - what worked for you?

I was offered 4 weeks of severance after 4 years as a call-centre agent, and I have a few days to sign. It has been a long 11 weeks. There is a non-disparagement clause. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
