Should I negotiate my severance?, warehouse supervisor here

I was offered 15 weeks of severance after 15 years as a warehouse supervisor, and I have a few days to sign. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There is a non-disparagement clause. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
