Should I negotiate my severance? (update)

I was offered 10 weeks of severance after 10 years as an accounts payable clerk, and I have a few days to sign. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to leave money on the table. Should I see a lawyer?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
