Should I negotiate my severance? (update)

I was offered 10 weeks of severance after 10 years as an office manager, and I have a few days to sign. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Should I see a lawyer?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
