Should I negotiate my severance?, paralegal here

I was offered 12 weeks of severance after 12 years as a paralegal, and I have a few days to sign. I do not want to leave money on the table.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
