Should I negotiate my severance?, graphic designer here

I was offered 8 weeks of severance after 8 years as a graphic designer, and I have a few days to sign. I worked as a graphic designer before this. There is a non-disparagement clause. Should I see a lawyer?

I asked for two more weeks and a neutral reference. They agreed to the reference and added a week.
