Should I negotiate my severance? - first time posting

I was offered 13 weeks of severance after 13 years as a nurse's aide, and I have a few days to sign. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
