Should I negotiate my severance? - first time posting

I was offered 10 weeks of severance after 10 years as an operations analyst, and I have a few days to sign. It has been a long 17 weeks. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Should I see a lawyer?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
