Should I negotiate my severance? (Boston)

I was offered 14 weeks of severance after 14 years as a store manager, and I have a few days to sign. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to leave money on the table.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
