Should I negotiate my severance? - any advice?

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as a marketing coordinator, and I have a few days to sign. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Should I see a lawyer?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
