Should I negotiate my severance? - any advice?

I was offered 14 weeks of severance after 14 years as a customer-service rep, and I have a few days to sign. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. There is a non-disparagement clause. Should I see a lawyer?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
