Should I negotiate my severance? after 9 years as a copywriter

I was offered 9 weeks of severance after 9 years as a copywriter, and I have a few days to sign. It has been a long 26 weeks. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
