Should I negotiate my severance? after 7 years as an operations analyst

My manager said the package is final, but the letter gives me time to review. It has been a long 13 weeks. I do not want to leave money on the table. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
