Should I negotiate my severance? after 5 years as a pharmacy technician

I was offered 5 weeks of severance after 5 years as a pharmacy technician, and I have a few days to sign. Any experience at all would help. There is a non-disparagement clause. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
