Should I negotiate my severance? after 11 years as a school bus driver

The company sent a severance agreement with a release of claims, and I am unsure what to do. I worked as a school bus driver before this. There is a non-disparagement clause. What did you ask for?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
