Should I negotiate my severance?, accountant here

I was offered 10 weeks of severance after 10 years as an accountant, and I have a few days to sign. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
