Should I negotiate my severance?

I was offered 4 weeks of severance after 4 years as an office manager, and I have a few days to sign. There is a non-disparagement clause. What did you ask for?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
