Should I negotiate my severance?

I was offered 14 weeks of severance after 14 years as a call-centre agent, and I have a few days to sign. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. There is a non-disparagement clause. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
