Should I negotiate my severance? - 20 weeks in

I was offered 16 weeks of severance after 16 years as an IT help-desk technician, and I have a few days to sign. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

I asked for two more weeks and a neutral reference. They agreed to the reference and added a week.
