Should I negotiate my severance?

I was offered 13 weeks of severance after 13 years as a forklift operator, and I have a few days to sign. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Should I see a lawyer?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
