The company sent a severance agreement with a release of claims, and I am unsure what to do. Thank you in advance. There is a non-disparagement clause. Should I see a lawyer?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
