Should I negotiate my severance? - 14 months and counting

I was offered 13 weeks of severance after 13 years as a copywriter, and I have a few days to sign. Any experience at all would help. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
