Should I negotiate my severance? - 12 weeks in

I was offered 14 weeks of severance after 14 years as an office manager, and I have a few days to sign. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
