Should I negotiate my severance? - 11 months and counting

I was offered 18 weeks of severance after 18 years as an accounts payable clerk, and I have a few days to sign. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

I asked for two more weeks and a neutral reference. They agreed to the reference and added a week.
