Should I negotiate my severance? - 10 months and counting

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as a customer-service rep, and I have a few days to sign. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to leave money on the table.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
