Severance offer, what should I ask for? - what worked for you?

I was offered 13 weeks of severance after 13 years as a hotel front-desk agent, and I have a few days to sign. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
