Severance offer, what should I ask for? - what worked for you?

I was offered 11 weeks of severance after 11 years as a project coordinator, and I have a few days to sign. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. There is a non-disparagement clause. What did you ask for?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
