Severance offer, what should I ask for? (update)

The company sent a severance agreement with a release of claims, and I am unsure what to do. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to leave money on the table.

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
