Severance offer, what should I ask for? (update)

I was offered 9 weeks of severance after 9 years as a delivery driver, and I have a few days to sign. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. There is a non-disparagement clause. What did you ask for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
