Severance offer, what should I ask for? (update)

I was offered 12 weeks of severance after 12 years as a janitorial supervisor, and I have a few days to sign. It has been a long 9 weeks. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. What did you ask for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
