Severance offer, what should I ask for? (update)

I was offered 5 weeks of severance after 5 years as a software tester, and I have a few days to sign. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. There is a non-disparagement clause. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
