Severance offer, what should I ask for? (update)

I was offered 5 weeks of severance after 5 years as an event coordinator, and I have a few days to sign. Thank you in advance. I do not want to leave money on the table.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
