Severance offer, what should I ask for?, mechanic here

I was offered 7 weeks of severance after 7 years as a mechanic, and I have a few days to sign. Any experience at all would help. There is a non-disparagement clause.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
